Optical Projection Tomography (OPT) is a revolutionary 3D imaging technology for biological specimens. An interactive 3D virtual reality enviroment is ideal to explore in vivo expression data in its natural anatomical context. V-Scope allows to visualize Optical Tomography (OPT) Images in 3D. This image shows an 11 days old mouse embryo where the peripheral nervous system is highlighted by neurofilament coloring.
